Delete your DropPulse account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your DropPulse account and what happens to your data afterward. DropPulse (com.app.beberagua) is developed and operated by Kodaru System — Carlos Eduardo Felicio de Andrade.

How to request deletion

Delete your account inside the DropPulse app

The fastest option, available directly in the app:

Open DropPulse on your device
Tap the Me tab in the bottom navigation bar
Scroll to the Account section
Tap Delete account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Or request deletion by email

Write to cadufelicioandrade@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request — DropPulse", including the email address you used to sign in to DropPulse. That address is how Kodaru System identifies which account to delete.

Confirmation and timeline

Kodaru System will confirm receipt of your request by email. Your DropPulse account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of that confirmation. You do not need an active account or a login to submit a request through this page.

What happens to your data

Permanently deleted

Account profile (name, email, and photo linked to your sign-in)
Hydration history and drinking statistics
Preferences (weight, gender, language, unit of measure)
Data synced to the cloud (Firestore)
Account authentication record

Retained when required

Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you
Advertising identifiers already processed by partners (Google AdMob), unlinked from your account
Transaction and subscription records required by applicable tax law, kept separately from your identity

Retention period: once your request is confirmed, personal data associated with your DropPulse account is deleted within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from Kodaru System's systems.
